How does Pricewise know if a sale is fake?

It keeps the price history of each product. When a store shows "50% off", you can see what the price actually was over the last weeks. If it was raised just before the sale, the chart shows it, and the "good price?" verdict compares today's price with the lowest, highest and 30-day average.

How do the price alerts work?

Set a target price on a product. When a new price check finds it at or below your target, we send you a WhatsApp message or an email. You can also ask to be told about any drop.

Which stores will it cover?

We start with the biggest Pakistani stores for electronics and appliances and add more over time. We prefer official feeds and affiliate or product APIs; otherwise we check public product pages politely, within each store's terms. A store that forbids it is dropped.

Can I buy through Pricewise?

No. Pricewise shows you the price and links you to the store. Where a store runs an affiliate programme, we may earn a small commission on the purchase. It never changes the price you pay.

Is it free?

Price history, compare and alerts are planned to be free to use. A Pricewise Plus plan (around PKR 300 a month) is planned later for unlimited alerts, faster checks and no ads. Nothing is final yet, and no payment is taken today.

How do you match the same product across stores?

By model numbers, normalised titles and a model for the hard cases, with manual review for the most popular products. Matches are labelled "matched automatically" and you can report a mistake.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

We store your email (and your name and shopping category if you give them) and email you when Pricewise opens. That is it. To be removed, email hello@danixsoft.com.
